Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting customers in the field, building long-term relationships.

This role requires regular travel within the assigned territory and offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct daily field visits within the assigned Tehsil (up to a 40 km radius).
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Collect customer information, orders, and required documents accurately.
- Update daily visit reports, customer details, and sales activities through the company mobile application or reporting system.
- Attend daily online review meetings via Google Meet.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer service.




- Collect advance payments from customers and deposit them into the company's account on the same day.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, FMCG, BFSI, insurance, telecom, or marketing is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also apply.

Job Requirements

- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.

- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
- Strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
