Position Summary

As an Architect/Interior Designer, you will translate client visions into functional 2D technical drawings and 3D visual concepts. You must possess a strong aesthetic sensibility, ensuring that designs are both visually stunning and executable on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept Development: Create detailed space plans, layout configurations, and interior concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Technical Drafting: Generate precise 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for site execution.
- 3D Visualisation: Build accurate, high-quality 3D models, textures, and perspectives to help clients visualize space layouts and material finishes.
- Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate color palettes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials.
- Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate occasionally with project managers and site vendors to ensure execution aligns perfectly with design specifications.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Interior Design, or a certified Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture Assistantship.




- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working actively in an architectural or interior design firm workplace.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- AutoCAD: Expert-level command of 2D drafting, layering, detailing, and technical drawing standards.
- SketchUp: Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling, component organization, and space optimization.
- Rendering Engines: Hands-on experience with V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape (integrated with SketchUp) is highly preferred.
- MS Office: Basic knowledge of Excel for tracking material consumption and quantities.
- 3ds Max: Strong proficiency in complex 3D modeling, lighting setup, and material texturing for photo-realistic interior walkthroughs and views.

Key Competencies

- Strong understanding of spatial layouts, ergonomics, and material properties.
- Ability to work under tight project deadlines while maintaining precision.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to pitch ideas to clients.
- Highly collaborative mindset to coordinate with the administrative and execution teams.
