Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage and optimize the manufacturing of LT/HT electrical panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, and control panels. The Production Engineer will be responsible for production planning, monitoring shop-floor activities, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time while optimizing productivity and minimizing manufacturing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily production activities for electrical panel manufacturing.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate fabrication, busbar assembly, wiring, testing, and final assembly operations.
- Ensure manufacturing is carried out according to approved GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, stores, QA/QC, and project teams for smooth production flow.
- Monitor manpower allocation and machine utilization to maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and work progress updates.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company HSE policies.
- Monitor material consumption and reduce production waste.
- Support factory acceptance testing (FAT) and customer inspections.
- Assist in commissioning activities when required.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing (LT/HT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, or Control Panels).
- Experience with electrical panel assembly, wiring, testing, and production planning.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of LT electrical panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
- Understanding of electrical components such as ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, VFDs, PLCs, CTs, PTs, meters, and busbar systems.
- Knowledge of copper/aluminum busbar fabrication and insulation practices.
- Familiarity with IEC standards, IS standards, and electrical safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001.
