Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (adjust days if needed)
Duration: 3 Months, with Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity based on performance

Django Media LLP is a fast-growing media/marketing company looking for a proactive HR Intern to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations.

Role Overview
We're looking for an HR Intern who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the fundamentals of HR and administration in a fast-paced work environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee documentation, and HR operations, with the possibility of a full-time offer at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Draft and manage offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documentation




- Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with performance appraisal coordination and tracking
- Help draft internal communications and HR announcements
- Support day-to-day administrative and HR operational tasks

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior HR internship experience is a plus but not mandatory
