The Transport Incharge is responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the organization's transportation system. The role includes vehicle maintenance, driver supervision, trip planning, documentation, statutory compliance, fuel monitoring, and ensuring secure and timely transportation services.

- Supervise the daily operation of all institute/hospital vehicles.
- Prepare and monitor vehicle duty rosters and driver schedules.
- Ensure timely transportation for patients, staff, doctors, students, and official work.
- Monitor vehicle movement through log books and trip sheets.
- Maintain records of fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, and breakdown assistance.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle documents such as Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Under Control (PUC), Road Tax, and Permits.
- Verify the validity of drivers' driving licenses and other statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with traffic rules,



road safety norms, and institutional transport policies.
- Investigate vehicle accidents and prepare incident reports.
- Monitor fuel usage and prevent misuse of vehicles and fuel.
- Coordinate with vendors, workshops, fuel stations, and transport service providers.
- Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of all vehicles.
- Ensure availability of emergency equipment, first aid kits, and fire extinguishers in vehicles.
- Prepare monthly reports on vehicle utilization, maintenance expenses, fuel consumption, and transportation activities.
- Handle transport-related complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of vehicle accessories, spare parts, and consumables.
- Perform any other transport or administrative duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
