At KIBA Properties, we are a growing real estate development company in Panvel. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Accountant to handle our daily financial operations, accounting, and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts & Ledger Handling.
- Maintaining accurate, clean, and daily updated books in Tally.
- Managing complete accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger reconciliations.
- Payment Processing.
- Verifying vendor, site, and contractor bills.
- Scheduling and processing timely outgoing payments.
- Financial Reporting & Statements:
- Preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets,
and profit/loss reports.
- Monitoring cash flow, fund movements, and bank accounts.
- Banking & Compliance.
- Performing daily bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with routine GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Real Estate or Construction firm.
- Strong, daily practical knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of payment processing, bill checking, and basic GST/TDS rules.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong work discipline.
