About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and employee exit processes while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Roles:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for current employees.
- Identify training needs and organize employee learning and development programs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals,



and feedback processes.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Manage employee exit formalities, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist management with HR reports, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.

Qualification:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or BBA/B. Com with specialization in HR
- Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage
