Job Description

- Support departmental managers in day-to-day operations and project execution.

- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational plans.

- Analyze business data and prepare reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.

- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation.

- Conduct market and competitor research to support business development initiatives.

- Attend training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.

- Collaborate with HR to support onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management activities.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, compliance, and reporting purposes.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions under guidance.

- Represent the organization in internal meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Freshers with no prior work experience are encouraged to apply.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving,



and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and basic data analysis tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
