About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer – AI/ML to design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning solutions on AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud-native development, and modern software engineering practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build production-grade AI solutions while leveraging AWS AI and data services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver business-focused AI solutions.
- Build scalable machine learning solutions using AWS services such as:
- AWS Lambda
- AWS Glue
- AWS Bedrock
- MCP Servers
- Lang Chain

- Develop scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Drive the complete Machine Learning lifecycle, including:

- Data Collection
- Data Preparation
- Feature Engineering
- Model Training
- Model Evaluation
- Model Deployment
- Model Monitoring

- Work closely with Dev Ops teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workloads.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of deployed ML applications.
- Research emerging AI/ML technologies and evaluate their business applicability.
- Troubleshoot machine learning models and AWS infrastructure issues.
- Contribute to software architecture improvements and system optimization.




- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Develop automated testing strategies and CI/CD automation.
- Continuously evaluate modern technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong AI/ML expertise.
- Hands-on experience building Machine Learning solutions on AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and model development.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as:
- Tensor Flow
- PyTorch
- Scikit-learn

- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with AWS AI/ML services including:

- AWS Lambda
- AWS Glue
- AWS Bedrock

- Experience in:

- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Data Mining
- Distributed Computing
- Computer Vision (Preferred)

- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
