Job Description

- Oversee all aspects of sorting center operations, from inbound processing to outbound dispatch.

- Ensure consistent compliance with SLAs at the ground level across all operational activities.

- Implement and monitor loss control strategies to minimize package discrepancies and operational losses.

- Lead and support teams in achieving performance targets and maintaining high service standards.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance throughput and accuracy.

Requirements

- Proven experience in logistics or operations management within a high-volume sorting or distribution environment.

- Strong understanding of SLA tracking, performance metrics, and loss prevention methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive accountability in fast-paced, results-oriented settings.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and inform decision-making.





- Experience with network operations within a logistics or transportation context is highly preferred.
