We're Hiring: Real Estate Telecaller - Real Estate Domain
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
We're looking for confident, well-spoken Telecallers to join our real estate team. If you're a good communicator with the drive to convert leads into opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduates (BA / B. Com / BBA) preferred
- Exceptional candidates with 12th pass qualification will also be considered
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, or sales is a plus (not mandatory)
- Confident, target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes
- Only candidates residing in or near Thane, Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai need apply
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Explain property options, pricing, and offers clearly
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
- Maintain call records and update lead status regularly
Compensation
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹3,000+/month based on performance
