We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Accela to design, develop, and maintain scalable digital solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience building enterprise applications, workflow automation, and system integrations using Microsoft Power Platform while working with Accela-based solutions.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, automating workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring high-quality implementations that align with business objectives and best practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Configure, customize, and integrate Accela solutions to support permitting, licensing, inspections, and other business processes.
- Develop automated workflows and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Build and maintain integrations between Power Platform, Accela, and other enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and data services.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform application testing, debugging, deployment,



and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure application security, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides for developed applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development with strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proven experience working with Accela implementations, configuration, customization, or integration projects.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and integration techniques.
- Experience developing workflow automation, business process optimization, and enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Java Script, C#, SQL, REST APIs, or related technologies used for Power Platform and Accela integrations.
- Knowledge of data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development for business analytics.
- Understanding of security, governance, and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
