As a Head HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our company in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in driving the people strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve building strong relationships with senior leadership teams, providing data-driven insights, partnering with various Centers of Excellence, and driving performance management processes. You will also be responsible for identifying talent gaps, handling complex employee relations matters, and fostering a positive work culture.Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with senior leadership teams across functions and geographies.- Provide data-driven insights and HR recommendations to leadership teams.- Partner with COEs including Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Compensation, and HR Operations.- Drive performance management and succession planning processes.- Identify critical talent gaps and support leadership development initiatives.- Handle complex employee relations matters with maturity and confidentiality.- Foster a positive, high-performance, and inclusive work culture.- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance standards.- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.Preferred Qualifications:- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.- 12 years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP exposure.- Experience supporting large employee populations across multiple business units.- Exposure to global HR practices and multinational work environments preferred.
