1. A Core Banking PMO (Project Management Office) Tech Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging technology and business goals within banking transformation projects.
2. To lead and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of core banking systems by combining technical expertise with project governance and strategic oversight.
Responsibilities
1. Project Governance & Oversight - Ensure projects align with business objectives and regulatory standards. Track deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
2. Technical Leadership - Guide development and integration of core banking platforms (e.g., Oracle FLEXCUBE). Support customization, testing,
and deployment of banking solutions.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration - Liaise between tech teams, vendors, and business units. Facilitate meetings and status updates to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
4. Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies and recommend best practices. Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
Qualifications
M.Tech/B.Tech Or Equivalent Bachelors Degree
Experience Required: 8 years
5 - 10+ years in core banking implementation or digital banking projects.
