We are looking for a skilled Factory Manager with an electrical engineering background to take full responsibility for our factory operations. The candidate should be able to handle production, machinery, staff, and daily processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) panels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth functioning of electrical infrastructure.
Required Skills:
- Positive understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Practical knowledge of HT/LT panel operations and maintenance.
- Problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills.
- Ability to handle electrical breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
Qualifications:
BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
