Job Description:

Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Production
Location: Kathua
Department: Production

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee shop-floor execution and ensure smooth production operations.
- Manage shift control, manpower allocation, and production targets.
- Monitor and maintain efficiency to achieve desired output and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality parameters, and safety norms.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Possess working knowledge of Convertex machines/processes.
- Prepare and maintain daily production and performance reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing / production setup.
- Solid leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in shift management and shop-floor supervision.
- Familiarity with Convertex operations will be an added advantage.
