Job Summary
Group is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Sales (Panel Division) to lead and drive sales operations for the panel business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Panel division to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities, key clients, consultants, and channel partners.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management.
Coordinate with internal teams such as projects, application, and operations for smooth execution of orders.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
Ensure timely collections and follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Panel / Electrical / Lighting / Project-based industries.
