Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Gandhinagar

Timing: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Salary: Up to ₹20,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Supporter to provide comprehensive support in managing the company's financial matters. Working directly under the Director, the ideal candidate will assist in coordinating all finance-related activities, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with financial policies. Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel is required, as well as a basic knowledge of accounting principles. We are specifically looking for a female candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and financial support to the Director on all finance-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software.
- Manage data entry for daily transactions, including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and update financial reports, summaries, and records using Excel for Director’s review.




- Coordinate and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all transactions.
- Manage financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and financial statements, and ensure they are accurately filed.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to support financial operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting support.
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under the Director’s supervision and support financial decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA finance, Mcom - Experience working in a corporate or office setting handling financial tasks.
