- Supervise daily operations within the tool room, including tool issuance, return, and maintenance.

- Manage and coordinate tool room staff, if applicable.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

Tool Inventory and Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all tools and equipment, including their location, condition, and usage history.

- Implement and maintain a robust tool inventory system.

- Oversee the procurement of new tools and equipment as needed.

Tool Maintenance and Repair:

- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in valuable working condition.





- Coordinate and oversee tool repairs and maintenance activities.

- Identify and address potential maintenance needs proactively.

Safety and Compliance:

- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations within the tool room.

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.

Customer Service:

- Assist production personnel with tool requests and issues.

- Provide technical support and guidance on tool usage and maintenance.
