Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordination for stock-related queries and for dispatch purposes.
- Raise invoices as related to dispatch.
- Follow up with the transporter for consignment status.
- Maintain the minimum stock required for local dispatch as per the marketing plan.
- Checking material availability as per the dispatch list.
- Dispatch planning with the department head.
- Ensure protected, accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of all orders while facilitating and supporting drivers and dispatchers as they perform their duties.
- Check orders received from the sales team.
- Make a packing list of material to be dispatched.
- Maintain FG material stock.
- Update yourself for the processes change or any other duties assigned by the management.

Gender - Male

Timing - 8 AM to 8 PM (May even consider for 9 to 8 depending upon the experience & skills of the candidate)

Candidate's Profile:

- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Positive attitude
- Hardworking
- Ecommerce dispatch exposure is preferred.
