Job Description:

A reputed business and industrial operations company engaged in diversified commercial activities is hiring a Jr. Accountant to support daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and billing activities. The company offers a qualified work environment with growth opportunities in the accounts and finance field.

- Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger records accurately.
- Handle billing, invoice preparation, and payment follow-up activities.
- Assist in bank reconciliation, cash handling, and expense tracking.
- Support GST, TDS, and taxation-related documentation work.
- Prepare Excel reports, MIS data, and routine financial statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients,



and internal departments for account-related matters.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation systematically.
- Assist senior accounts team during audits and financial reviews.
- Work on Tally/ERP software for accounting and reporting purposes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and data entry work.
- Candidates with accounting knowledge, Tally, and MS Excel experience preferred.
