Sr. Mould Designer

Parason Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Mould Designer with hands-on expertise in mould design across multiple manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on pulp molding technology.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop moulds for pulp molding, injection moulding, and blow moulding applications
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for mould designs
• Develop innovative pulp molding solutions to improve material efficiency, cycle time, and product consistency
• Analyze product specifications and convert them into effective and robust mould designs
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and production efficiency




• Modify and improve existing moulds to enhance performance and implement design changes
• Provide technical support during mould setup, trials, and production processes
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Stay updated with industry trends, especially in sustainable and molded fiber technologies
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Desired Skills:
• Strong proficiency in CAD designing tools
• Good understanding of mould design and manufacturing processes
• Practical knowledge of pulp molding processes will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design work
