Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and
servicing building equipment
Ensure preventive maintenance are undertaken by the appointed Annual Maintenance
Contractor.
Maintain stock levels of stationary & Housekeeping materials
Ensure premises compliance with state and assist with energy management
Oversee security of buildings and grounds
Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
All current assets received are tagged and Physical Asset Verification are conducted.
Ensure Renewal/Surrender process of the premises are done within the stipulated timeline.
