Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of telesales advisors to achieve monthly sales targets through inbound and outbound health insurance sales. The role involves driving productivity, maintaining sales quality, coaching team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of telesales advisors on a daily basis.
- Drive achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor individual and team productivity, conversion ratios, and quality metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and feedback discussions.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, IRDAI regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor customer calls and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
- Train and mentor current and existing advisors on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and policy issuance teams for seamless customer experience.
- Improve lead conversion, customer retention, and policy persistency.
- Motivate and engage the team through recognition and performance management initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of new telesales executives.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Telesales Team Handling.
- Experience in Health Insurance or Motor Insurance is preferred.
- Prior experience managing inbound/outbound telesales teams is desirable.
