Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by fostering innovation and ensuring cohesive integration across multiple domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Management of projects:
- Clarification of the project mandate and the project goal
- Assumption of project management
- Representing the project externally (representing the interests of the client vis- -vis the client's internal departments and external service providers)
- Execution of the project setup (project scheduling, stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, etc.)
- Coordination of project resources
- Project quality assurance
- Monitoring of quality, time and costs in the project
- Handover of the project results
- Participation in project meetings and coordination
- Advice and support of the responsible IT infrastructure managers or stakeholders of the client
- Creation of documents, e.g. decision templates and planning bases
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines, e.g. documentation of the project
- Resolving conflicts and escalations in the project
- On-site presence at the client's locations, if necessary
- Implementation of project processes
- Coordination and management of the complete project/rollout, including ticket creation and ticket handling.
- Coordination and control of third parties (e.g. other service providers of the client or on-site personnel).

Planning and coordination of changes:
- Ensuring and optimizing the change management process
- Higher-level planning and coordination of all changes
- Ensuring systematic planning and approval of changes




- Ensuring the control and coordination of all parties involved in the implementation of changes
- Create and update a central change calendar
- Implementation of overarching change planning in terms of content and time
- Takeover of change communication to involved interfaces
- Ensuring compliance with all test and acceptance procedures of change management as well as all quality standards of the client
- Transfer of changes
- Coordination in the planning and implementation of all changes and implementation of the necessary coordination
- Coordination in the event of a malfunction
- Ensuring documentation within the change process
- Creation and maintenance of knowledge entries
- Creation of operating manuals
- Preparing and organizing CAB meetings, providing relevant information before the meetings and during the meetings for review by CAB members.
Good knowledge of setting up on-prem infrastructures in the area of LAN, WLAN

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable and secure network solutions.
- Experience with enterprise-wide architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop strategic technology roadmaps.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into existing infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing network performance and reliability.

Provides services that are required in the context of the design, conception and further development of the DDI corporate architecture of the client. It supports the suppression and post-processing of Prio-High faults in connection with DDI technologies.

His area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- Participation in the design, conception and further development
- Service management of the client's DNS services
(e.g. creating, deleting, adapting DNS zones)
- Service management of the DHCP services (e.g. creating, configuring, adjusting IP address ranges, activating DHCP servers, etc.)
- Creation of security policies and configuration specifications
- Carrying out tests and certifications
- Recreating scenarios in the laboratory




- Support for migrations
- Participation in the event of a fault in the event of a priority-high incident with a DDI context
- Processing of tickets
- Contribution of technical expertise / experience
- Clarification of open points / further steps / procedure
- Documentation and communication of the results of error analyses
- Conducting and evaluating audits / reviews of standards
- Continuous evaluation of config, HW and SW lifecycles
- Preparation of information
- Participation in meetings and votes

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
