We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to connect with prospective students and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, fees, and eligibility.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM/Excel regularly.
- Achieve daily calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Admission Counselling, Sales, or Customer Support (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
