We are a leading staffing firm hiring BPO C hat Support Executive on behalf of one of our clients in the BPO sector in Mohali (Punjab). The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and a customer-first attitude to support high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email
- Provide accurate information and clear, timely solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction in every interactions

Qualification:

- Any graduate can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Excellent written communication skills in English

Work Schedule:

- Shifts:



Rotational (Day and Night)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
