Job SummaryA Leasing Executive is responsible for managing property leasing activities, identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring occupancy targets are achieved. The role involves client relationship management, market analysis, property presentations, and coordination with internal teams to maximize revenue and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective tenants or clients
- Market office spaces for lease
- Conduct property site visits and presentations
- Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and renewals
- Coordinate documentation and lease execution processes
- Maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients
- Ensure occupancy targets and leasing revenue goals are achieved
- Prepare leasing reports, market analysis, and status updates
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and facility teams
- Handle tenant queries and support onboarding activities
