Hiring Alert – Business Development Manager (BDM) | Maradu

KLM Assets Fin is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Maradu branch. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the NBFC or chit fund sector who are passionate about driving business growth and building lasting customer relationships.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding the branch's customer base, enhancing market presence, and achieving business objectives through strategic planning and effective execution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop current business opportunities to increase chit fund subscriptions and branch revenue.
- Conduct market visits and customer outreach activities to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
- Drive enrollment growth by promoting chit schemes and educating potential customers about available products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.




- Support collection activities by monitoring payment schedules and coordinating follow-ups when required.
- Analyze business performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve branch productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the NBFC, financial services, or chit fund industry.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer acquisition.
- Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve performance goals.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer network will be an added advantage.

Location Preference:

- Candidates residing in Maradu and nearby areas will be preferred.

Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
