Academic Coordinator will be responsible to handle the teachers of secondary section 6-10
Teaching workload upto 15 per week
Ensuring the curriculum is properly followed
Support teachers in developing and refining schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment strategies.
Coordinate cross-curricular integration and thematic learning projects.
Stay updated with assessment standards and implement required changes.
Enthusiastic and passionate towards learning and imparting education.
Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and improvement areas.
Guide teachers in maintaining academic records and developing remedial/enrichment plans.
Prepare academic progress reports and present findings to the leadership team.
