Job Summary:

The Associate Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales team. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and mentoring sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's customer base and market presence.




- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and enhance the customer journey.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficient progression and accurate forecasting.
