Position: Accounts Executive

Qualification: B Com Graduate / P G

Total Years of experience: Min. 3 years in TDS calculation

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and record general accounting expenses.
- Process and book vendor bills accurately in the accounting system.
- Perform purchase bill valuation and ensure accurate inventory costing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
- Calculate monthly Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on employee salaries.
- Compute and maintain records of Tax Collected at Source (TCS) payable and ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle logistics accounting, including freight, transportation, and related expense accounting.
- Assist with other accounting, reconciliation, and finance-related activities as assigned.
