We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice on immigration, education, employment, and business-related matters.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks affecting the business.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Advise management on legal implications of business decisions.
- Maintain legal records and documentation.
- Support the HR and management teams on employment and corporate legal matters.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

- LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university.




- Valid enrollment with the Bar Council (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience. Experience in immigration, education, corporate, or employment law is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
