We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN Stack and React Native to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications, developing secure APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js / Next.js.
- Build and manage backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB databases.
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web and mobile platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment processes.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
- Experience in developing and deploying React Native mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of full stack application architecture.
- Portfolio or previous project experience is preferred.
