- Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops for MBA/PGDM students.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students through examinations, projects, and presentations.
- Develop and update the curriculum and course syllabi.
- Mentor students for dissertations, internships, live projects, placements, and competitions.
- Publish research papers and participate in FDPs, MDPs, workshops, and conferences.
- Build industry partnerships for guest lectures, internships, and live projects.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM in a relevant specialization.
- Ph.D. preferred or pursuing Ph.D. is an added advantage.
- 3–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience.
- Prior MBA/PG teaching experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Robust subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in case-based and experiential teaching.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
