Salary Structure

 Salary: Up to ₹26,200 per month
(Achievable through qualifications, assessments & performance)

Essential Eligibility

 Graduate in any discipline

 NTT / ECCE qualified

 Jolly Phonics certified

 Strong English fluency

 Minimum 65% overall academic record

 Minimum 75% in English (till graduation)

 Minimum 2 years Pre-Primary teaching experience

 Preferred: Age 30+ & Married

Assessment & Selection.

 Mandatory CENTA Walk-in Assessment ( the link : https://centa.org/centa-for-
schools/teacher-certification for syllabus and examinations)

 Post-joining qualification of CENTA Teaching Quotient (TQ)
(Exam fee payable by candidate)





 TWGS-TET (Internal Eligibility Test where the teacher has to go through the school website
and answer the questions)

 Classroom demonstration evaluated by CENTA, TWGS (CCE Pattern) & Academic Panel

Salary growth is merit-based, performance-linked, and non-negotiable.

The interview panel will conduct the interview round in the month of July. As part of the selection
process, one external subject expert will be invited for subject-wise interaction with the
candidates. Based on the panel’s evaluation, the final appointment will be made accordingly.
