Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Service Support

- Attend breakdown calls assigned by the service coordinator.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and battery-related faults.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per service schedules.
- Ensure forklifts operate safely and efficiently.

Customer Support

- Communicate service status to customers.
- Explain repair requirements and recommendations.
- Obtain customer approval and sign-off on service reports.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.

Documentation & Reporting

- Submit daily service reports.
- Maintain job cards and service records.
- Update service activities in ERP/CRM systems.
- Report pending issues and spare parts requirements.

Spare Parts Management

- Identify spare parts requirements.
- Maintain company-issued tools and equipment.
- Ensure proper usage of spare parts during repairs.

Safety Compliance





- Follow company safety standards.
- Use PPE while working at customer sites.
- Maintain housekeeping and workplace safety.

KPI / Performance Evaluation

- Breakdown Response Time
- First Time Fix Rate (FTFR)
- Preventive Maintenance Completion %
- Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Service Report Submission Timeliness
- Machine Uptime
- Attendance & Discipline
- Repeat Breakdown Percentage

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering.
- Forklift service experience preferred.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years in forklift, material handling equipment, construction equipment, or industrial machinery service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
