Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to manage, grow, and optimize our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and a basic understanding of Threads and X (Twitter). Candidates should be passionate about building communities, increasing organic reach, growing followers and subscribers, and creating engaging content strategies.

Both experienced professionals and interns with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and X (Twitter).
- Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies.
- Increase followers, subscribers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Publish and schedule posts, reels, stories, shorts, and videos.
- Write engaging captions, descriptions, hashtags, and SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor trends and create timely, engaging content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions to build strong online communities.
- Analyze page insights and performance metrics to improve content strategy.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors,



and marketing teams to create high-performing content.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, social media trends, and best practices.
