Role and Responsibilites:

- Gather and analyse project requirements for business and technical completeness.

- Own product sprints and facilitate development of user stories and use cases to support the development of functional designs

- Complete Ownership of the end-to-end aspects of the tool development. (Tool Business Objectives, Datasets End to End Understanding, Wireframes (Data Insights), Tool Delivery & Maintenance Plan).

- Have a strong track record of working in Analytical Product Development teams or leading them.

- Have basic understanding of ETL/Model Training Pipelines & Cloud Services & Platforms, or willingness to understand the same.





- Work closely with consulting, development, and technical teams to ensure that all in scope business and technical requirements are incorporated into the design and builds

- Have a strong track record of shaping strategy for product development.

- Drive day to day project team activities to meet project milestones

- Use strong program management, organizational and leadership skills

- Collect, analyse, integrate and maintain key cross functional deliverables (e.g.project plans, change management plans, migration schedules, business objectives, etc.)

- Define and manage critical path activities and anticipate bottlenecks that may impede the completion of milestones

- Facilitate project risk management activities including but not limited to identification, assessment, and mitigation

- Identify deviations from approved project plans and manage resolution including escalation through defined governance forums

- Manage resources in alignment with approved resource plans and program schedules

Works across cross-functional teams to define and track requirements and ensures appropriate verification for delivered solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.

- 4+ years professional experience managing complex technology projects

- Hands on coding experience

- Min.



2 – 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning and Network Optimization

- Experience delivering large, cross functional projects

- Exceptional written and verbal communication

Experience with software development life cycle from conception to delivery
