The Office Boy will be responsible for managing day-to-day office duties, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with delivery-related tasks when required. This role demands reliability, discipline, and flexibility to support both administrative and operational needs of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Office maintenance: Keep the office clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Administrative support: Assist staff with photocopying, filing, and handling office supplies.
- Hospitality duties: Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors and cilents.
- Delivery operations: Support delivery tasks, including packaging and transporting company products when required.
- Errand management: Handle small errands such as banking, courier services,
and purchasing office essentials.
- Inventory assistance: Help maintain stock of office supplies and report shortages.
- Team coordination: Provide general assistance to office staff and management as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or above.
- Experience: Prior experience in office support or delivery operations preferred.
- Skills:
- Basic communication skills (Telugu/Hindi/English).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Physical fitness for handling delivery tasks.
- Personal attributes: Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Own Vehicle ( Preferred to make deliveries).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
