- Teach all subjects to Class 1 students as per the school curriculum.

- Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.

- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and numeracy skills.

- Create a secure, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.

- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods.

- Assess students through classwork, assignments, and periodic tests.

- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.

- Identify learning difficulties and provide individual support.

- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.

- Maintain classroom discipline with a positive approach.

- Prepare worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom displays.

- Integrate technology and smart classroom tools into teaching.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.





- Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

- Follow school policies and academic guidelines.

- Continuously update teaching methods through training and workshops.

- Foster moral values, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love for learning.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree with D.El.Ed./B.El.Ed./B.Ed. (as per school requirements)

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Good English communication and classroom management skills.

- Passion for teaching young learners.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with smart classroom teaching.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
