18–20 years FMCG experienc e with 15+ years in leadershi p, handling large volumes and teams will be preferred

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Category, SCM, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment
Drive operational excellence through strict adherence to processes, systems, and compliance requirement
