Role Description The Junior Web Developer internship is a remote role focused on supporting the development and maintenance of web applications and marketing websites. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with front-end UI implementation, basic back-end functionality, and integration of APIs under the guidance of senior developers. The candidate will help troubleshoot bugs, perform browser and device testing, and contribute to improving site performance and accessibility. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers,



and developers to translate creative concepts into functional web experiences, as well as documenting code and following established coding standards. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with real client projects while building a strong foundation in modern web development.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Web Development and Programming, with the ability to learn new frameworks and tools quickly.
- Basic experience or coursework in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Exposure to Back-End Web Development concepts such as server-side logic, databases, or APIs (academic or project experience acceptable).
- Understanding of Web Design principles, including responsive layouts, usability, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to receive feedback and iterate on work.
