Positions Supervised: Beauty Therapists, Hair Stylists, Pedicurists, Nurses, Dermat support staff

Experience: 4–7 years (with at least 2 years in a leadership role)

Education: Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology / BHMS + Cosmo / BDS + Cosmo / BAMS + Cosmo

Role Overview

The Beauty Head is responsible for leading the Beauty Department, driving service sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role demands robust technical expertise in skin & hair services, sales orientation, and team leadership to ensure client delight and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

- Achieve Beauty, Derma & Product sales targets.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Customer Excellence

- Maintain NPS > 90% with high service standards.
- Conduct client consultations and resolve concerns.
- Ensure timely package execution and follow-ups.

Operations & Compliance

- Maintain SOP adherence,



hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
- Track product consumption and manage stock effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation and system entries.

Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team.
- Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances.

Collaboration

- Partner with Slimming Head, Derma team, and Marketing/BTL for cross-functional growth and activations.
