Job Title: Executive – MICE

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Opposite Infinity Mall)

Role Overview

The Executive – MICE will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and conferences with a strong focus on MICE operations. The role requires seamless coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery, budget control, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute MICE events, conferences, meetings, and exhibitions
- Coordinate end-to-end event operations including logistics, vendors, venues, and on-ground execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service partners
- Ensure events are delivered within approved budgets and timelines
- Handle event budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Provide high-quality customer service and address client requirements effectively
- Manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace
- Ensure compliance with event standards, contracts, and safety guidelines





Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality Management or a related field)
- 2–6 years of experience in event management, preferably in MICE events
- Proven track record of successful event execution and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, coordination, and project management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools
- Experience in budget handling and financial reporting
- Multilingual skills are an added advantage

Work Details
- Work Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Opposite Infinity Mall)
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Flexibility: Required to work evenings/weekends as per event requirements
