Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resources to lead end-to-end HR operations and drive a people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.

Oversee HR administration, employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave management, and policy compliance.

Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, F&F; settlements, reimbursements, employee advantages, and payroll-related activities.

Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, offer management, BGV, pre-boarding, and onboarding.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, retention initiatives, and grievance handling.





Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and ISO standards.

Coordinate learning & development initiatives to enhance employee capability and performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

5-10 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.

Strong experience in HR Administration, Payroll Coordination, and Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
