CONTENT STRATEGIST (ASTROLOGY)

THE ROLE

This is a Vertical Owner role, you will take Glido's existing astrology content and scale it into a full portfolio of channels, functioning like the founder of a business unit inside the company. Your scope covers audience growth (reach, views, engagement), content strategy and positioning and directing the AI production pipeline, and monetization through consults, reports, and brand partnerships. You're accountable for both the creative quality of the content and the commercial outcome of the vertical.

ABOUT US

Glido Labs is an AI-first Content IP studio with 550M+ organic views across 10+ channels on zero paid ad spend. We're looking for someone to own our astrology niche fully. You'll scale what we already have, and in steady state run a small portfolio of channels that have grown and make money. Astrology in India isn't a passing trend, it's a daily habit for millions. Mulank, kundali, rashi, remedies, timing, there's real psychology underneath all of it. Hope, quiet anxiety, the search for a little control over an uncertain life. This role needs someone who understands that pull and can be both magnetic and responsible with it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Your primary number is reach, views, and engagement across your astrology channels.

• You'll make sure each channel becomes an asset that pays for itself through consults, reports, and brand partnerships.

• You'll own the positioning, formats, content calendar, and weekly iteration loop for your channels.

• You'll brief scriptwriters and direct the AI production team—set the brief and the bar.

• Once your first channel is humming, you'll launch the next one in astrology.

SKILLS YOU NEED

• You have genuine, real depth in astrology—not a marketer's summary, but actual lived knowledge.





• You've spent real time in the astrology, numerology, and spiritual-content world and understand the audience from the inside.

• You know what genuinely lands and what feels fake because this audience leaves the moment it feels fake.

• You have a genuine track record of growing a channel.

• You're data-led and creatively sharp—you iterate on what moves numbers and you have taste to know what will land before you post it.

• You have an AI-first mindset and are comfortable directing an engine rather than hand-crafting every frame.

• You have real ownership DNA, you want to run a number, not just make content.

NICE TO HAVE

• You have direct monetization experience through consults, digital products, or brand deals.

• You've managed a small team before.

• You speak more than one language.
