About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about graphic design and willing to learn. The primary responsibility will be designing email creatives while also supporting the marketing team with digital creatives for social media, advertisements, and other branding requirements.
We're looking for someone with a strong learning mindset, creativity, and attention to detail.
Key Outcomes
1. Email Creative Design
- Design clean and visually appealing email creatives.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
2. Digital Creative Support
- Design social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives as assigned.
- Support multiple brands with consistent visual quality.
3. Design Consistency
- Maintain organized design files and reusable templates.
- Ensure consistency across all creative assets.
4. Continuous Learning
- Learn new design techniques, tools, and trends.
- Apply feedback to improve quality and speed.
Responsibilities
- Design email creatives based on campaign briefs.
- Create digital creatives for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Make revisions based on feedback.
- Maintain organized design files and assets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and email teams.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Deliver assigned design tasks.
- Update reusable templates and design assets.
- Review feedback and improve future work.
- Stay updated with current design trends.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Basic understanding of email design
- Good sense of typography, colors, and layouts
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication and time management skills
Experience & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in Graphic Design.
- Freshers with a valuable portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of email creative design will be an added advantage.
