About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – Performance Marketing to lead client relationships across performance marketing, paid media, and social retainers.

You’ll be the strategic partner for clients, the bridge between internal teams, and the owner of account growth, retention, and delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of media, creativity, and business strategy, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable discussing ROAS and CAC as they are creative hooks, storytelling, and consumer behaviour.

You won’t be running campaigns yourself, but you will be accountable for ensuring they deliver results.

What You'll DoClient Strategy & Business Growth
Own end-to-end relationships for performance-driven brands.

Build monthly and quarterly growth plans across paid media and social retainers.

Translate business goals into actionable media and content strategies.

Identify upsell opportunities across media buying, influencer marketing, UGC, and creative services.

Lead client presentations, reviews, and strategic discussions.





Performance Marketing Coordination
Work closely with performance teams across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms to: Set and review performance targets.

Analyse weekly and monthly reports.

Diagnose performance trends and recommend solutions.

Align creative output with media performance.

Drive testing and experimentation.
A strong understanding of attribution, funnels, CAC, ROAS, MER, and performance metrics is essential.

Social Media & Creative Management
Oversee social retainers focused on brand storytelling and community building.

Lead content calendar discussions with creative and strategy teams.

Ensure seamless execution of static creatives, short-form videos, and influencer integrations.

Monitor engagement, reach, and audience growth to refine content strategies.

Project & Team Leadership
Manage and mentor Account Executives and junior team members.

Work closely with media, strategy, creative, and production teams.

Build timelines, approval processes, and project plans to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain strong alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Reporting & Retention
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

Convert performance data into actionable recommendations.

Anticipate risks and proactively manage client expectations.

Drive account retention, renewals, and long-term growth.

What We're Looking For




3–5 years of account management experience in a digital-first agency.

Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid media ecosystems.

Experience interpreting dashboards across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Flipkart Ads.

Experience managing social retainers and creative workflows.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Solid project management and coordination abilities.

Experience working closely with media, strategy, and creative teams.
