Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our real estate team.

This is primarily a field-based role involving customer interactions, property site visits, and explaining real estate projects to prospective buyers while helping them find the right property.

Key Responsibilities: · Explain project details, pricing, offers to prospective buyers. · Plan and manage site visits for prospective buyers.



· Assist customer throughout the sales process and maintain regular follow-ups until closure. · Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, onboarding, and customer support. · Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service before and after the sale. · Stay updated on company projects, pricing, and local real estate market trends.

Requirements: · Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad for property site visits. · Education: BBA / MBA / any other related field. · Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. · Good spoken English and Telugu.

Hindi is an added advantage. · Valuable sales skills with the ability to communicate confidently and convince customers. · Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage.
